If the tenant is an individual, the presence of a driver’s license and an identity document (in Russia – passports) is necessary. As a rule, rent is not provided if the age of the applicant is less than 21-23 years, or his driver’s experience of less than one year. Some companies require the tenant a credit card.
For legal entities, it is necessary to have a card of an enterprise, a passport of an employee who is a trustee issued for him a power of attorney to conclude lease agreements and a driver’s license. Driving experience should be at least two years.
To order a car, you can use the preliminary order service. It is provided by many companies, and at the same time, usually the tariff for the use of the car below. If you have a credit card, you can also book a car, and make payment directly in the office, when concluding contracts.
If the data of the applicant correspond to the conditions, a 100%prepayment is made, and the lease agreement is concluded. The larger the rental term of the car, the less payment is charged per day. When transferring the car, the client concludes an acceptance contract, which describes all the flaws and defects of the machine. From this moment, rental time is counted.
The resulting car must be washed, and the tank is filled with gasoline. It is also preferably clean to return the car, otherwise you have to make an additional payment.
The rental price includes maintenance, insurance and the possibility of using the “substitute” machine for the service time. The cost of gasoline, paid parking and fines is not included.
At the end of the lease term, the appearance and damage of the car is compared with the acceptance contract and the receipt. In case of long terms, the returned car is sent to the inspection in order to identify malfunctions and damage.
Any delay in the delivery time, damage or theft of the car are paid in accordance with the conditions specified in the lease agreement.
