Recently in the capital, on the Leningrad highway, the first information board in Russia was installed. Such a scoreboard notifies drivers about traffic jams and jams on the road, and in the future about free places in parking lots in the area of the scoreboard, and throughout the city.
The novelty is part of the so -called “intellectual transport system”, which has the goal of improving traffic in Moscow, as well as a decrease in the large number of traffic jams and congestion today. Until the end of this year, forty -seven such scores will be installed, and within a few days on the roads of Moscow there will already be six.
So far, the only information scoreboard set by the twenty -second day of this month near the Dynamo metro station in the direction of the city shows drivers the situation on the road. The system works like the well -known Yandex Traffic jams.
Also, in the near future, the intellectual transport system will give citizens a common dispatch center for public transport management. The preparation of a special room and all the necessary equipment has already begun and will soon be ready to work.
